To get things started, the “Surf N Sky” is a delectable appetizer comprised of seared foie gras and scallops, candied fennel, bruleed orange, and a vanilla orange sauce served with house cornbread. Main dishes include the Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Pasta, the Rancher’s Ribeye, and a delicious rendition of macaroni and cheese is available a la carte.

For the indecisive, the Chef’s Choice is an excellent way to go—with this option patrons enjoy a delicious six course menu based upon the individual likes and dislikes of those at the table. The Blacksmith Restaurant also offers a full bar including port and dessert wines, as well as a decadent desert menu.

Located in the historic Pearson Blacksmith Shop on Greenwood Avenue, Blacksmith Restaurant is headed by world-renowned chef and owner Gavin McMichael and executive chef Todd Wallenbeck.
